New Look Website Launch

Whether animated or inanimate, refreshed outlook is a must! On the 11th of March 2018, (on Phalgun Krishna Paksha 9), the Sydney Sanskrit School website was relaunched. The new website has a refreshed look and additional new components. The site design was led Mr Ravi Gouni, and the team from the school provided useful inputs. It was generously sponsored by Mrs Meenalakshmi Senthil and Mr Senthilmurugan.

The programme commenced with the shloka recitation of Lord Ganesha, Goddess Saraswati and ShriGurudev followed by Asato ma sadgamayaduring Deepajwalanam.

Welcome speech was by Master SayeeshVoraganti (in Sanskrit) and Mr Gopal Subramanian(in English). This was followed by Dr Meenakshi Srinivasan explaining how the syllabus was constructed to suit the different levels of learnings. Mrs Meenalakshmi Senthil and Ms Saumya Raman introduced the online administration portal that acts as an interface between the students, teachers, and parents.

Mr Karthik Subramaniyan explained the origins and the history of the website. After this, the chief guest of the day Shri Satyanarayana, the father of our previous president Dr Lakshmi Satyanarayana, launched the website and blessed us with a few sage words. Mrs Ranjani Rao presented the components of the website in detail.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Miss Manasvinee Karthikeyan (in Sanskrit) and Mr SundarKaniyur (in English). The event was expertly compered by Mr Sumukha Jagadeesh.
